Some forms have two choices. There is a file that can be:

downloaded, filled out using your computer, saved and emailed back or;
download and print, then fill out and mail back.

2) Save the form in a location you can find. Open with Acrobat Reader and either fill out and save (which you can then email) or print it. Hint: (Use the tab key to navigate the fillable form.) You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to use these files.
