Promoter/Organizer: Jerry was elected NHPA Vice President in 2006. He served two years on the rules rewrite committee, which was a major project, and then chaired the Rules Committee. He used his home workshop to design and build portable horseshoe courts. After testing his protocol, he headed the construction project of the new NHPA courts (60) that are now used in the World Tournament. During his time on the Council, Jerry left for the World Tournament a week earlier than most of the rest to coordinate the court set up. Then stayed on site the next two weeks to assist with conducting the events. Jerry also developed the position of Charter Communications.
