Northern California charter since the mid-1980s and in 1994, he was appointed
to be head the NHPA's rather new NATSTATS program. He tracked and recorded every sanctioned
tournament held in the USA and hounded Charters for missing tournaments. His strict commitment to detail and accuracy,

successful program it is today and earn the membership's trust. Glenn was a 29-year member of the NHPA. He was elected to the Northern California
Hall of Fame in 1996 and was awarded the Presidential Award in 1999. He then was the recipient of the prestigious
Stokes Memorial Award in 2003.
