Player: Frank started pitching horseshoes in the 1960's. At age 78 (in 1993) he decided to make the move up and join the Elder Men's ranks. Frank won four Elder Men's World titles in 1992, 1995, 1997 and 1999. In the process, he established a host of World Tournament records including the high tournament average of 84.2% in 1995. Frank was inducted to the PAHPA Hall of Fame in 2000.
