In 2000, Stu brought the World Tournament to Bismarck, North Dakota and hosted one of the best events in recent years. Since then, Stu has served as a NHPA vice president, providing extraordinary service as World Tournament Coordinator and headed up a major rewrite of the sport's rules and regulations.
