Don Titcomb had provided promotion service to our sport for over 40 years. He just happens to be one of the original Regional Director and it was his suggestion that initiated the Regional Director concept. That was back in 1955. More recently his promotion effort with the Pitch and Win program had brought great success at California count fairs.
