Blaine Scott was chosen as this years awardee. Blaine has served as Northern Utah President for 6 years. He sponsors the Scott Open Tournament as a premier tournament in Northern Utah. He is an assistant director in the Huntsman Senior games. He was elected to the Northern Utah Hall of Fame in 2017 and the Utah Hall of Fame in 2023. In 2019, Blaine took over as editor of the Newsline and the Webmaster and remains in those positions today. He fights to get the Newsline out every two months. He has an IT background. He is also an administer of the NHPA Facebook page and assists Josh Olson with the IT setup for the World Tournament and the cameras. He has worked well with the NHPA Council to assist wherever he is needed.
