Promoter/Organizer: Glenn had been the statistician for the Northern California charter since the mid-1980s and in 1994, he was appointed to be head the NHPA's rather new NATSTATS program.  He tracked and recorded every sanctioned tournament held in the USA and hounded Charters for missing tournaments.  His strict commitment to detail and accuracy, and his dedication to the program, allowed the program to develop into the successful program it is today and earn the membership's trust.  Glenn was a 29-year member of the NHPA.  He was elected to the Northern California Hall of Fame in 1996 and was awarded the Presidential Award in 1999.  He then was the recipient of the prestigious Stokes Memorial Award in 2003.  Glenn passed away in 2010 at the age of 72.
