Organizer: When the World Tournament site moved from Murray, Utah to the Midwest, Harold was elected NHPA President for three consecutive terms (1961-1967). Under his leadership the World Tournament entries grew to the unheard-of total of 500. His wife Mary served as NHPA Vice President and together they were recipients of the Stokes Memorial Award in 1960
