State and enclose your check or money order in U.S. currency for
an amount equal to the sum of $12 NHPA fees plus Charter fees for
adults (ages over 18) or the sum of $5 NHPA fees plus Charter
fees for juniors (ages thru 18). You will receive a combination
NHPA/Charter MEMBERSHIP CARD with your card number.
Your card number will allow NHPA sanctioned tournament entry
in National, Regional, State and local tournaments anywhere in
the United States (in accordance with NHPA Bylaws and Rules).
If you wish to subscribe to the NHPA Newsline magazine, you may
enclose an additional $12 for a 12 month subscription (US addr.).
