2. Club Contests.
     a. Have best players give exhibitions at picnics held by local organizations.
     b. Special matches between players.
     c. Hold informal tournaments for all club members.
Divide players into groups of 4, 6, or 8 players of equal ability.

     d. Organize Singles Leagues.
Consist of 4, 6 or 8 players.
Each player to play every other man in his group a
match or 2 out of 3 or 3 out of 5 50-point games.
One match a week.

     e. Organize team leagues.
4 players to a team with two substitutes.
Each league to consist of 4, 6 or 8 teams.
Teams to play at same time once a week.

     f. Conduct tournaments as follows:
Neighborhood Championship Meet.
City or County Championship Meet. Boys' Meet. Women's Meet. Men's
Championship Meet. Industrial Championship Meet. Fraternal Championship
Meet. Church Championship Meet.
School Championship Meet.
Farm Bureau Championship Meet.
Class A, B or C Meets.
    (Players divided into A, B and C groups according to ability).
Club Meet to Establish records.
City or County meet to establish records.
Father and Son tournament.
Family Tournament. (Mother, father, son or daughter.)

     g. Issue challenges to other Horseshoe Clubs.
     h. Arrange auto trips to nearby cities for matches.
     i. Invite prominent players in your section of the county to give exhibitions,
     j. Horseshoe Demonstration or Field Day.

Games by youngest, oldest, smallest, tallest, fastest, etc. players.

     k. Contests: Largest number of ringers in 100 shoes.
Largest number of ringers in succession.
Largest number of ringers made while blind-folded.

Midget players-under 12 years.
Junior Players-under 16 years.
Intermediate players-under 19 years.
