 INCEPTION: "Beantown to Bakersfield" caravan was dreamed up on the bleachers at Pocatello, Idaho. Homer and Leo started talking "what if", then they found a map, and before we knew it, they had invited half the tournament to join in!  PLANNING: "Wagonmaster" Leo points out the "Beantown" start of the caravan to Bakersfield  Making note that Oklahoma is the midway point, Homer started planning a "Midway Celebration" to give the travelers a hot meal, some relaxation and good old Oklahoma hospitality.  Several Oklahoma pitchers were in attendance   NHPA 2nd Vice President, Casey Sluys, flew in from California for the caravan kickoff meeting and to meet and greet the Oklahoma contingency. |
